3227 – Content manager (télétravail)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Write, rewrite or review in application copy, labels, in-line help messages and ensure a consistent style across the application and its documentation
  • Determine and evaluate metrics to measure the effectiveness of all content
  • Apply understanding of the product, end users and industry to improve content over time
  • Define standards, best practices and a style guide for managing user-facing content
  • Become a stakeholder as needed on customer experience and knowledge-related topics
  • Promote the knowledge base to internal stakeholders and its use by client managers


  • University degree in a related field
  • Strong ability to write in English about complex subjects in a clear and concise manner is required
  • Ability to speak and write in French
  • Two (2) years or more of experience in managing a knowledge base or writing structured user documentation
  • Ability to interpret software specifications
  • Asset: Experience in video or screen capture and editing
  • Asset: Experience in the transport industry or revenue management
  • Asset: Experience as part of a software development team
